Ingredients
- 12 Kiwifruit peeled and sliced
- 2 bananas peeled and chopped
- 3 onions chopped fine
- 1 Lemon grated zest
- 3 Lemons the juice
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup raw sugar
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cardamom
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 cup white vinegar

Instructions
- Put all the ingredients in a pot. Bring to a boil, lower the heat and simmer uncovered for around an hour, until thickened.
- Pour into dry, sterilised jars.
