Use up your extra kiwifruit to make this delicious chutney. Goes great in sandwiches or even with a curry.

Ingredients

Kiwifruit
peeled and sliced

bananas
peeled and chopped

onions
chopped fine

Lemon
grated zest

the juice

raisins

raw sugar

ground ginger

Ground Cardamom

white vinegar
Instructions
Put all the ingredients in a pot. Bring to a boil, lower the heat and simmer uncovered for around an hour, until thickened.
Pour into dry, sterilised jars.
