Ingredients

self raising flour

caster sugar

Shredded coconut

grams
melted butter

eggs
beaten lightly

milk
Instructions
Mix all together with a wooden spoon.
Bake in a greased and floured ring tin at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
Dust with icing sugar.
