Ingredients

butter

sugar

tbsp
gld syrup
1
egg
2 1/2
tsp
ginger
pinch
salt
1/2
lb
flour
1
tsp
B Soda
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar
Add egg
Then syrup
Add rest of ingredients
Roll into balls and put onto lightly greased trays.
DO NOT FLATTEN
They will flatten and turn out perfect themselves.
Bake at 175C for 15-20 mins
