Toffee Pop Truffles
Use a classic kiwi biscuit to make a different kind of truffle.

Completely cover each ball with the melted chocolate, if you melt the chocolate into a small bowl, you can dip and roll them slightly for coverage and return them to the fridge to set. If you are feeling especially sweet-toothed, you can do one layer of white chocolate, return to the fridge to set, and then add another layer of milk chocolate (or vice versa).

Do I coat the truffles in chocolate? Is it just a drizzle or completely cover them?
