Any kind of chocolate biscuit can be used with this recipe! Toffee pops are the classic, but there is always mint slice or any of your favourite biscuit flavours. Let us know which biscuit you do it with, and whether you would recommend it!

Instructions
  1. Blitz the toffepops in the food processer until they are a crumb.
  2. Dollop cream cheese onto biscuit crumbs and process until it all comes together.
  3. Roll into balls and put in fridge while you melt the chocolate.
  4. Coat the truffles then put back in the fridge to set.

    1. Hi, thanks for the question! Completely cover each ball with the melted chocolate, if you melt the chocolate into a small bowl, you can dip and roll them slightly for coverage and return them to the fridge to set. If you are feeling especially sweet-toothed, you can do one layer of white chocolate, return to the fridge to set, and then add another layer of milk chocolate (or vice versa).
