Sweet Kumara Pie
A kiwi version of the classic Sweet Potato Pie.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven at 220 degrees celcuis .
  2. Combine all the ingredients in order, make sure they are blended well and that you do not have lumps of kumara throughout the mixture.
  3. Pour into pie shell. Put in the oven at this temperature for 15mins.
  4. Reduce heat in oven to 160 degrees celcuis for thirty minutes.
  5. Take out and cool.
  6. Serve with pecan halves or walnuts on top.
