I have made this loaf many times and it is really easy and delicious. It is a great way to use up old sultanas from the back of the pantry and it uses minimal butter (which is so expensive atm) so it is very economical to make. My family love it served in slices warmed in the microwave with some butter on top…yum! It usually takes a bit longer than an hour in my oven (about 20 mins extra) til the skewer comes out clean. Try it, it is thd best! 😀

Very easy to make. Cracked a bit on the top, but I am not worried about that as my stove is not working properly
