Ingredients
2
eggs
1
cup
milk
Salt + Pepper
1
cup
self raising flour
2
teaspoons
baking powder
2
cups
cheese
3/4
cup
bacon
onion, parsley, whatever you like (no more than 3/4altogether)
Instructions
Beat the eggs, milk, salt & pepper together.
Fold the flour, baking powder, cheese, bacon etc together.
Make a well in the dry ingredients.
Pour the liquid into well.
Very quickly blend together with a spoon,…. do NOT overmix, speed & lightness of blending is the key.
Spoon into small muffin pans.
Bake @ 180 degrees C
