We had painters in and it was pouring with rain and they were cold!! Made them these with oregano and chilli powder sprinkled on top before cooking. They ate 12 between the three of them ๐
Just wow, just finished making these. So easy and quick. Fluffy, light and absolutely delicious!!!! Thank you!!!
Turned out great! Glad it only used a cup of flour as flour is hard to get during this self isolation time. Threw in some fresh chilli ๐ถ- mmm! Thank you!
Can i freeze?
These are delicious. Added half and onion & parsley and had to cook 16mins. So easy and so tasty.
Oh so easy & tasty! Fussy 6yr old daughter can’t stop eating them – made them for school lunch box but I now need to make another batch. Thankfully they’re super quick to make ๐
I did add a couple extra tablespoons of flour to the mix – maybe the eggs were too large for the recipe.
Awesome they turned out perfect๐๐
Didn’t work. Burnt muffins. Temperature is too high.
Good spotting! This looks like an error (this is one of our user submitted recipes). I’ve amended it to 180 degrees C, thank you!
It may depend on your oven. Mine is fan forced so always take it down to 160ยฐC. You may need to add a minute or two cooking time but it saves them burning.
