Salmon with Kimchi Noodles
This meal just takes 10 minutes and its delicious asian flavour combination makes it something different but very delicious.

Ingredients
200
g
salmon fillet
boned
200
g
thin egg noodles
fresh or equivalent in dried
1
tbsp
sesame oil
1
cup
kimchi
chopped
snow pea shoots
coriander
spring onions/scallions
sliced
Instructions
If using dried noodles cook them according to the packet instructions and drain.
Combine the noodles, sesame oil and kimchi.
Cook the salmon to your liking be either baking or frying in a non-stick pan.
Flake the salmon into large chunks and combine very gently with the noodle and kimchi mixture.
Top with a few snow pea shoots, coriander or finely sliced spring onions/scallions and serve.
