Instructions
Poach salmon in pan of water with lemon juice & black pepper. When cooked remove to cool & break up.
Add chopped spinach to pan of water & cook for a few minutes.
Line the bottom of a dish with the drained spinach.
Mix together cooked seashell pasta, cream cheese & salmon and place over spinach.
Beat eggs & milk then pour over mixture.
Top with a sprinkling of black pepper, parsley & grated cheese.
Bake in mod oven approx 35 – 40 mins
