- 1 bunch spinach
- 1 Lemon juice
- black pepper
- 250 grams seashell pasta
- 500 grams salmon fresh
- 2 pottles Cream Cheese
- 5 eggs
- 150 mls milk
- low fat cheese
- parsley

Instructions
- Poach salmon in pan of water with lemon juice & black pepper. When cooked remove to cool & break up.
- Add chopped spinach to pan of water & cook for a few minutes.
- Line the bottom of a dish with the drained spinach.
- Mix together cooked seashell pasta, cream cheese & salmon and place over spinach.
- Beat eggs & milk then pour over mixture.
- Top with a sprinkling of black pepper, parsley & grated cheese.
- Bake in mod oven approx 35 - 40 mins
