Ingredients
250
g
spaghetti
2
cups
beef
rare, finely sliced
2
cups
baby spinach
200
ml
Fresh Cream
1/2
cup
Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup
parsley
optional
salt and pepper
Instructions
Cook spaghetti, drain and put aside
Sear beef quickly on each side then finely slice
Simmer cream until slightly thickened and blend through spaghetti
Toss through remaining ingredients and season to taste
