Ingredients
- 250 g spaghetti
- 2 cups beef rare, finely sliced
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 200 ml Fresh Cream
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese 1/2 cup
- parsley optional
- salt and pepper

Instructions
- Cook spaghetti, drain and put aside
- Sear beef quickly on each side then finely slice
- Simmer cream until slightly thickened and blend through spaghetti
- Toss through remaining ingredients and season to taste
