Hoki fillet

egg
beaten

breadcrumbs
(homemade)
1/4

Parmesan cheese
(grated)
Iceberg Lettuce
Capers
lime juice
Instructions
Dip fillet in egg then coat with blended Parmesan cheese and the homemade breadcrumbs and fry until golden.
Serve on a bed of iceberg lettuce sprinkled with capers and a splash of lime juice.
