Ingredients

kg
pumpkin
cut into four even wedges, skin on
3
tbsp
olive oil
2
tbsp
liquid honey
1
tbsp
brown sugar
4
sprigs
rosemary
Sea salt
Fresh ground pepper
Instructions
Preheat oven to 200 oC
Line oven proof dish with baking paper
Toss the pumkin in olive oil ansd lay flat on dish
Drizzle over the honey and sprinkle the sugar over and season
Bruise the rosemary sprigs the release the flavour and lay over pumpkin
Bake for 30 mins or until tender
Serve immediately.
