Party Cheese Balls

If you want something a little bit different to take to your next BBQ, try these party cheese balls! They are great with crackers or vegetable sticks. Make sure you mix this one fully, you don’t want to see any of the grated cheese, it needs to be completely combined.

  1. This is much easier if you use the very fine grater side to process your cheese (or a Whizz with a fine chopping blade which will also chop the gherkins).
    Use a tangy cheese.

I use Spring onions which I slice longways then use scissors to snip off small pieces.
Have loved this recipe for years; glad to see it again.
