chops
Lamb
shoulder chops
2
tablespoons
flour
2
tablespoons
tomato sauce

tsp
curry powder
.5
tsp
mixed spice
1
cup
water
2
tablespoons
brown sugar
1
tablespoon
vinegar

tsp
ginger
.5
tsp
Mustard

tablespoons
Sherry

onion
sliced
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Trim all fat from chops and place in an ovenware dish.
Place sliced onion over top of chops.
Mix rest of the ingredients together.
Pour over chops.
Place lid on dish and leave to stand for 2 hours.
Bake in slow oven (170 d celsius) for 2 hours.
