Healthy, gluten free pancakes!!
Instructions
- Blend or mash the bananas in a bowl.
- Add eggs and blend.
- Add LSA and salt.
- Heat a non stick fry pan on medium heat.
- Melt a tsp of butter in pan.
- Use a ladle and pour 3 pancakes into the pan (don't make them to big or they will break apart when you flip them)
- Serve with butter and maple syrup.
