This is a great recipe for kids – both to eat as a treat and to help make. This can be put it in the fridge over night, and have it the next day for afternoon tea for a special treat!

Lolly Cake
The classic Kiwi lolly cake. This requires no cooking, which makes it not only quick to make but safe for children to help you with.

Instructions
  1. Crush malt biscuits, and cut eskimo lollies into small pieces.
  2. Melt the butter, and condensed milk in the microwave. Then mix all ingredients together.
  3. Roll into a log, and wrap in grease paper, or flatten into a tray and put into the fridge to set.
