Ingredients
4
cups
self raising flour
1
cup
thickened cream
beat ordinary cream till thick
1 375
ml
can of lemonade
about 1 1/2 cups
Instructions
Combine cream with lemonade.
Fold this through sifted self-raising flour.
Mix to stiff dough. (Dont overmix)
Cut into rounds.
Place on a greased tray.
Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 15-20 minutes.
Serve the scones with jam and cream.
