Ingredients
- 4 cups self raising flour
- 1 cup thickened cream beat ordinary cream till thick
- 1 375 ml can of lemonade about 1 1/2 cups

Instructions
- Combine cream with lemonade.
- Fold this through sifted self-raising flour.
- Mix to stiff dough. (Dont overmix)
- Cut into rounds.
- Place on a greased tray.
- Bake at 180 degrees celcius for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve the scones with jam and cream.
