Lamb Lasagne with Chili
Lamb is a somewhat unusual ingredient for lasagne, but this one is delicious!

Ingredients
400
g
lamb mince
1
large
onion
5-10
mushrooms
750
grams
pasta sauce
1
tablespoon
Tuscan seasoning
1
teaspoon
Chilli
minced
500
grams
cottage cheese
lasagna sheets
cheese
grated
Instructions
In a deep frypan, brown mince, onion and mushrooms with Tuscan seasoning, then add pasta sauce and chili and stir together till warmed through.
In a large baking dish, spoon on a layer of the sauce mixture, then cover with a layer of lasagna.
Spread a third of the cottage cheese onto the pasta and cover again with sauce.
Repeat till you have three layers of lasagna / cottage cheese / sauce, finishing with the top layer as lasagna.
Cover top layer with grated cheese (or a white cheese sauce if you feel so inclined.)
Bake for 45 minutes in a moderate oven until lasagna is soft and cheese is golden brown.
Serve with fresh salad or hot green veges on the side.
