- 400 g lamb mince
- 1 large onion
- 5-10 mushrooms
- 750 grams pasta sauce
- 1 tablespoon Tuscan seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Chilli minced
- 500 grams cottage cheese

Instructions
- In a deep frypan, brown mince, onion and mushrooms with Tuscan seasoning, then add pasta sauce and chili and stir together till warmed through.
- In a large baking dish, spoon on a layer of the sauce mixture, then cover with a layer of lasagna.
- Spread a third of the cottage cheese onto the pasta and cover again with sauce.
- Repeat till you have three layers of lasagna / cottage cheese / sauce, finishing with the top layer as lasagna.
- Cover top layer with grated cheese (or a white cheese sauce if you feel so inclined.)
- Bake for 45 minutes in a moderate oven until lasagna is soft and cheese is golden brown.
- Serve with fresh salad or hot green veges on the side.
