Ingredients

kumara
cooked and sliced

cup
silverbeet
cooked and drained.
1
tablespoon
prepared mustard
1/4
cup
flour
1
cup
milk
1/4
cup
oil
1
cup
cheese grated
onion
sliced and sauted in butter
garlic
sliced and sauted in butter
red peppers
sliced and sauted in butter

eggs
Instructions
Mix the flour and milk and mustard together carefully
Add the eggs and mix well
Add the remaining ingredients and mix together gently
Pour into a flat well greased dish
Cook until set, for approximately 25 minutes, at 180 degrees celcius.
