Ingredients
- 2 kumara cooked and sliced
- 1 cup silverbeet cooked and drained.
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup cheese grated
- onion sliced and sauted in butter
- garlic sliced and sauted in butter
- red peppers sliced and sauted in butter
- 2 eggs

Instructions
- Mix the flour and milk and mustard together carefully
- Add the eggs and mix well
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix together gently
- Pour into a flat well greased dish
- Cook until set, for approximately 25 minutes, at 180 degrees celcius.
