Flintstone Pork Ribs
This simple and delicious pork ribs and sauce recipe is great served with baked potato with garlic butter and a large helping of sour cream.

Ingredients
Ribs

kilograms
pork ribs
2
cups
water
salt and pepper
Sauce
1
cup
tomato ketchup
2
tablespoons
tomato sauce
1 1/4
cups
brown sugar
2
teaspoons
mixed mustard

teaspoon
garlic salt
1/2
teaspoon
celery salt
Instructions
Ribs
Place pork ribs in roasting pan
Add your water
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Cover tightly with foil
Bake at 180°C for around two hours until meat is tender. If necessary, add more water.
Sauce
Add the sauce ingredients to a pot and bring them to the boil
Stir occasionally
When the ribs are done, brush them on both sides with the sauce.
Heat under the grill turning at least once until the sauce bubbles.
