  1. Place pork ribs in roasting pan
  2. Add your water
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  4. Cover tightly with foil
  5. Bake at 180°C for around two hours until meat is tender. If necessary, add more water.
Sauce
  1. Add the sauce ingredients to a pot and bring them to the boil
  2. Stir occasionally
  3. When the ribs are done, brush them on both sides with the sauce.
  4. Heat under the grill turning at least once until the sauce bubbles.
