- 2 kilograms pork ribs
- 2 cups water
- salt and pepper

- 1 cup tomato ketchup
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons mixed mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt

- Place pork ribs in roasting pan
- Add your water
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Cover tightly with foil
- Bake at 180°C for around two hours until meat is tender. If necessary, add more water.

- Add the sauce ingredients to a pot and bring them to the boil
- Stir occasionally
- When the ribs are done, brush them on both sides with the sauce.
- Heat under the grill turning at least once until the sauce bubbles.
