  1. I found a 300 ml pottle of milk just right with these ingredients, making a perfect stock base for differing styles, – bacon & maple syrup, blueberries &/or bananas with maple syrup, spicy mexican beans with sour cream, or as a batter for bread fritters with tomato relish….

  2. This has got to be the best ingredients I have come across, for a long time I’ve always tried to make them thick. I will be using this recipe from now on. Thank you for sharing 🙂 that’s a winner and my kids enjoyed it too.

  3. Add extra milk, sugar and vanilla essence then eat with just butter on top it tastes like warm vanilla cupcakes or vanilla cake so delicious

  4. Can’t wait to try these have tried quite a few pancake recipes over time, and while they are ok, this one looks really good, so am keen to try. Thanks for this. I’m talking about the one at the top, not the one someone posted halfway down the page, which sorry but I found bit rude. Why not start your own page, not try to get in on someone else. Just my opinion, everyone else might be quite happy, with that, I just find it bit rude. Anyway looking forward to trying the top of the page recipe, and my son can’t wait to try them. Many thanks for posting it.

  5. Also to add to my first comment, I use a flat sandwich press to cook them, and each pancake I use a 1/4 cup as a scoop and it makes about 8.

    1. I would only do this if you need a yummy meal in quicker time. My friend uses a sandwich press and it pushes out most of the fluffyness of the pancake. If you have the time, definitely avoid the sandwich press.
In a hurry, the pancakes are still pretty good.

  6. We found this recipe during lock down and its the best recipe. We have enjoyed pancakes almost everyday since. I also used it (without sugar) to make corn fritters.

  7. Awesome, yep just added little more milk , this made 5 for us but I made them size of the pan , big pancakes we had maple syrup and Banana then rolled up and ate, yummy as

  8. Have had a bit of trouble cracking a good pancake recipe… This recipe is the one!!!
Beautiful pancakes. Best I’ve ever made. I also halted the mixture and made a batch of 6x palm sized pancakes which were perfect.

  9. I tried this recipe and half way through I realised I didn’t have any eggs so I added 1/4 cup of apple sauce to substitute and it worked fine, I also only put half a tablespoon of baking powder in a small I was to scared to do too much and it also worked fine. They turned out very fluffy and delicious 5/5 recommend

  10. Here’s my pancake recipe you can try it if you want to
    1 cup of flour
    1/2 tsp of baking powder
    1 table spoon of sugar
    milk
    1-2 eggs

sit all the dry ingredients together
make a hole in the middle of the dry ingredients
add the egg/eggs in the middle of the hole
then add the milk until its a good enough consistency
turn the stove on at a medium temperature
cut up some butter and put in the pan then add the pancake mix
and if you want to you can add lemon and sugar or maple syrup

  11. To easy . I chucked a scoop of protein powder in with the dry ingredients to make chocolate pancakes. With banana and lemon juice as topping . Versatile as bro.

  12. Oh my… these are just so delish I’ve been looking for a recipe like this and I’ve finally found it yay!! Not that hard really and all these ingredients are in the cupboard anyway mmmm mmmm😋😋. My boss went to Canada recently and brought back some maple syrup and that just added another level of wowzer to this already yum recipe…

  13. first off I must say, what a great recipe! although I did face a few issues with the consistency of the batter but that was soon solved by milk!😊👍 kids loved it especially with bacon!😋 10/10 would make again!
