Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chicken cooked
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 3 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup celery finely chopped
- 1/2 cup cheese grated
- 2 tablespoon spring onions chopped
- 1 tablespoons parsley finely chopped
- salt
- ground black pepper
- 10 slices bread
- butter
- water cress

Instructions
- Combine ingredients in bowl and season with salt and pepper.
- Remove crusts from bread and flatten lightly with rolling pin.
- Butter one side of each slice and place a tablespoon of mixture.
- In center of each slice, roll up from one corner to other and secure with tooth picks.
- Garnish with water cress.
