A really quick recipe, which uses all cooked ingredients. Bring it together and let it sit so the flavours develop.

Ingredients
The Rice

rice
pre-cooked
Add Ins

red onion
finely chopped

corn
kernels
1/4
raisins
2
sticks
celery
finely chopped
Dressing ingredients
1/2
cup
white vinegar
1/2
cup
rice bran oil
or similar

brown sugar

tsp
curry powder

cumin
Instructions
Combine dressing ingredients and stir till brown sugar is dissolved.
Add to rice and then add the remainder of ingredients.
Make an hour or two before you serve to let the flavours develop.
