Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Heat oven to Bake at 180 degrees celcius
  2. Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa ingredients together in a bowl
  3. Mix in crushed weetbix, sugar and descicated coconut
  4. Pour melted butter over the dry ingredients and stir all together until well combined
  5. Put mixture into a greased slice tin and Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
Icing
  1. Melt chocolate in microwave for 2-3 minutes on medium and spread over slice when cold.
  2. Sprinkle a thin layer of coconut over icing whilst cooling
  3. Cut slices when icing has hardened.
