Ingredients

of Cocoa

of self-raising flour

of Butter

teaspoon
of baking soda

Instructions
Place sugar, water, butter, cocoa into a pot and bring to the boil.
Cool slightly then add Baking Soda followed by the rest of the ingredients.
Beat until smooth
Place into a lined cake tin and bake at 180deg until firm about 1 hour.
Cool, then ice with Chocolate Icing.
