These are a delicious and easy to make savoury snack, perfect for having guests around for afternoon. With around ten minutes to prepare and 15 to 20 minutes in the oven, they are quick. They’re also versatile. If you have vegetarians coming over, simply substitute the bacon for some chopped parsley, and you’re golden.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celcius.
  2. Combine all the ingredients and fill greased mini muffin tins with a heaped teaspoon of mixture (they do not rise much at all).
  3. Cook for 15-20 minutes or till golden brown.
