Easy Pikelets

Pikelets are perfect for breakfast, brunch or even an afternoon tea snack. This is the easiest recipe we’ve ever seen for pikelets – its only got two steps!

The trick with pikelets is to wait until the bubbles start to appear on the top – then you know they’re ready to flip over and finish. Best served warm with your favourite topping, but also work quite well cold out of the fridge!

Instructions
  1. In a bowl or glass jug, mix all ingredients together with an egg beater.
  2. Cook on a hot, lightly buttered pan. Turn over when bubbles appear

  1. This looks so easy, just throw everything in a bowl and mix, and I am sure anyone can do this, so trying it out this morning, everyone loves pikelits with jam and cream, yummy
