- 2 eggs separated
- 125 ml castor sugar
- 200 ml flour
- 25 ml cocoa
- 5 ml baking powder
- Pinch of salt
- 2 ml vanilla essence
- 75 ml milk
- 25 ml butter

Instructions
- Grease and paper a 22cm cake tin
- Preheat oven at 180'c
- Sift flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder
- Melt Butter, add milk and when hot remove from Stove
- Stiffly beat egg whites, add sugar and beat until dissolved, add yolks
- Add hot milk to egg mixture, stir gently
- Fold in dry ingredients, pour into prepared tin and bake for about 20mins
- Cool and Ice

Still waiting for it to cook but I just saw vanilla essence as an ingredient but nowhere in instructions is it so its not in my cake!!!
