Instructions
  1. Grease and paper a 22cm cake tin
  2. Preheat oven at 180'c
  3. Sift flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder
  4. Melt Butter, add milk and when hot remove from Stove
  5. Stiffly beat egg whites, add sugar and beat until dissolved, add yolks
  6. Add hot milk to egg mixture, stir gently
  7. Fold in dry ingredients, pour into prepared tin and bake for about 20mins
  8. Cool and Ice

  1. Still waiting for it to cook but I just saw vanilla essence as an ingredient but nowhere in instructions is it so its not in my cake!!!
