Instructions Sift flour and baking powder into bowl. Dissolve baking soda in milk. Melt butter in microwave. Mash bananas. Add sugar, choc chips and mash bananas to flour and baking powder. Add the baking soda and milk, melted butter and egg. Mix all ingredients quickly so butter doesnt melt choc chips! Spoon into greased 12 slot muffin pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 180c. Dry ingredients together and wet ingredients together and fold ingredients (do not mix as will turn rubbery) I would also heat the milk and then add the Baking Soda and stir quickly.. Use a mixture of chocolate milk and dark ! Reply
