Golden crunch satisfying potatoes

  • Desirees potatoes 500g
  • 2 Tablesp. grated Tasty cheese
  • 2 Tablesp. white flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tablesp. milk
  • 1 Tablesp. chopped chives
  • 1 Tablesp. chopped chervil
  • 1 Tablesp. chopped marjoram
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper to taste


  1. Peel & wash potatoes
  2. dry with paper towel and grate them.
  3. Squeeze potatoes in a tea towel, to dry
  4. put into a bowl, adding grated cheese,flour,milk,beaten eggs and all
  5. the chopped herbs, salt &pepper to taste
  6. Combine well
  7. In a frying pan, add olive oil, enough to be able to fry, bring it to a
  8. moderated heat, do not let it smoking
  9. add tablespoon of the mixture, frying until golden in colour each side
  10. Lift them with a slotted spoon, and lay the fritters over a paper towel
  11. Serve hot
