Aaah Apricot And Brandy Balls
Came from a school recipe book 35 years ago...very easy, delicious and quick to make. Never fails to impress.
It is low fat, and fabulous.

Ingredients
- one packet of nice biscuits
- 1 tin of sweetened condensed milk (can use lite)
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1 dsp rum or brandy
- 1/2 cup of minced dried apricots (use the delicious Central Otago , MUCH better than others and new zealand grown)
Directions
- Crush the biscuits in a plastic bag.
- Add all the other ingredients.
- roll teaspoonful amounts in coconut
- Best served at room temperature
- Serve with coffee, or any time during the day for a pick me up
