Aaah Apricot And Brandy Balls


Came from a school recipe book 35 years ago...very easy, delicious and quick to make. Never fails to impress.
It is low fat, and fabulous.

Ingredients

  • one packet of nice biscuits
  • 1 tin of sweetened condensed milk (can use lite)
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 dsp rum or brandy
  • 1/2 cup of minced dried apricots (use the delicious Central Otago , MUCH better than others and new zealand grown)

    Directions

    1. Crush the biscuits in a plastic bag.
    2. Add all the other ingredients.
    3. roll teaspoonful amounts in coconut
    4. Best served at room temperature
    5. Serve with coffee, or any time during the day for a pick me up
