Smoked Fish Pie
This is so easy to prepare in advance and reheat when needed.

Ingredients
- 500g smoked hoki
- 1 lemon
- 2 tomatoes
- 1/2 cup of peas
- 1 Lge onion
- Cracked pepper
- fresh parsley
- 4 large potatoes
- White sauce= 1tbsp butter, 2tbsp flour, one cup milk.
Directions
- Roughly chop hoki & cook with onion.
- Add chopped tomatoes, peas & the juice of the lemon.
- Season with cracked pepper and parsley.
- Set aside as you make the white sauce.
- Make the sauce thick and add to the pan with fish.
- Mash the cooked potatoes.
- Put the fish mixture into a dish with potatoe on top and grated cheese if desired.
- Put into the oven and cook for 30mins on 180 before serving.
- Serve with garlic bread
