Creamy Jacket Potato On Mango Bed
Tasty jacket potato with mangos. Ideal for quick snack.

Ingredients
- 1 large new Potato
- Whipped Cream
- Olive oil butter
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 2 mangos peeled and sliced.
Directions
- Bake potato for 40 minutes at 170 degrees C.
- Write 10 quick emails to friends.
- Halve baked potato and fill with salt, butter and whipped cream.
- Garnish with Italian herbs and parsley.
- Serve on a bed of sliced mango.
