Eat It All Salad

This is yummy you wont stop eating it goes well with fish,steak,chicken on its own great on top rice crackers just delicious.

  • 1 large red pepper
  • 2 semi-firm avacado
  • 2 Tomatoes
  • 1 Red Onion
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar


  1. cut onion small, cube avacado and tomato and cut pepper to small slices all together with aprox 2TBLSPN of olive oil and 1TBLSP of Balsamic vinegar can add a little more if you like the flavour.
  2. Salad should be moist but not wet.
