- 1 medium apple
- 1/2 cup thick low-fat plain yoghurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped almonds and/or hazelnuts
- 1 cup rolled oats.
- 1) Grate the apple including skin into a mixing bowl.
- 2) Add the yoghurt & mix well
- 3) Stir the nuts & oats through the apple mixture until well combined.
- 4) Serve immediately.
- option : delicious served with fruit.
