Swiss Muesli

Ingredients

  • 1 medium apple
  • 1/2 cup thick low-fat plain yoghurt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped almonds and/or hazelnuts
  • 1 cup rolled oats.

Directions

  1. 1) Grate the apple including skin into a mixing bowl.
  2. 2) Add the yoghurt & mix well
  3. 3) Stir the nuts & oats through the apple mixture until well combined.
  4. 4) Serve immediately.
  5. option : delicious served with fruit.
