The yummyest Chocolate Cake ever, easy to make, never fails to please, the best Chocolate Cake in New Zealand.

Ingredients
- 125 gms Butter 3/4 cup of Raw Sugar 2 Eggs 1Tbsp Golden Syrup 1tsp Vanilla 1 cup Milk 1tsp Baking Soda 11/2 cups Flour 11/2 tsp Baking Powder 2 heaped dsp Cocoa
Directions
- Line a round cake tin with baking paper. Beat butter and suger until creamy. Beat in eggs. Stir in golden syrup and vanilla. Add flour, cocoa and baking powder. Mix baking soda and milk together, then slowly add to mix. Bake at 180C for 50 to 55 minutes. Ice with Chocolate Icing and decorate with Chocolate Drops and Cherries. Yummy.
