Chocolate Mousse


Really easy to do and totally indulgent.

Ingredients

  • 1 tub of Tararua Chocolate Mousse
  • 200g Milk Chocolate
  • 150ml cream
  • 1 Flake bar

Directions

  1. Make the mousse to the directions
  2. Melt the chocolate in the microwave (approx 2 mins on 80% power)
  3. Whip half the bottle of cream
  4. Add melted chocolate to the mousse mixture and fold in whipped cream
  5. Chill for 2 hours and crumble Flake on top
