Really easy to do and totally indulgent.

- 1 tub of Tararua Chocolate Mousse
- 200g Milk Chocolate
- 150ml cream
- 1 Flake bar
- Make the mousse to the directions
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave (approx 2 mins on 80% power)
- Whip half the bottle of cream
- Add melted chocolate to the mousse mixture and fold in whipped cream
- Chill for 2 hours and crumble Flake on top
