Easy Summer Dessert.

  • Jelly.
  • 1.tin Boysenberries
  • 250mls cream
  • marshmallows.
  • optional extras; pineapple chunks or moro bars.[chopped]


    1. Drain boysenberries .
    2. Bring juice to boil
    3. add jelly and stir until dissolved.
    4. Cool.
    5. Whip cream add boysenberries and marshmallows.
    6. and optioal extras if using.
    7. Fold into jelly .
    8. Put into glass bowl or suitable dish and leave to set.
