Classic Pavlova

Ingredients

  • 4 Egg Whites
  • pinch of Salt
  • pinch of Cream of Tartar
  • 1 Teaspoon of Vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon of Vinegar
  • 8 oz Caster Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon of cornflour
  • 1 Tablespoon of water

Directions

  1. Beat Egg Whites until stiff with Salt and Cream of Tartar,
  2. Beat in half of the Sugar, Vanilla and Vinegar
  3. Then add the rest of the Sugar
  4. Fold in the Cornflour amd Water,
  5. Heat Oven to 200 cook for 1 hour
