Last Friday, head chef Paul Jobin appeared on TVNZ's Good Morning show demonstrating how to make two delicious entries from The Search for New Zealand's Favourite Recipe!
The results were superb, as Paul's comments on the site show: "The Goat Cheese Tarts created a stir, split votes with floor crew and Sarah on Good Morning that Goats Cheese is an acquired taste. Two of the camera boys just loved them (whole tray gone in nano seconds) and they're so easy to make! Also, the Lemon Meringue Cheesecake worked out well, and looked great with my addition of baby nasturshim leaves."
